Pay Your Water Bill


Pay your water/sewer bill by credit card or debit card. You will need your account number from your monthly statement. For assistance, call the Utility Billing office at (469) 272-2931 during regular business hours.

Over the Phone

Utility payment may be made through our automated phone system by dialing (469) 272-2931. Please have your account number and credit card on hand. You may pay with a credit/debit card or check.

By Mail

Payments by money order or check may be mailed to the City of Cedar Hill, 415 Pisgah Church Rd Ste 374, Greensboro, N.C. 27455.

Make a Police Report

The Cedar Hill Police Department has implemented an online reporting tool for citizens to make certain types of police reports. This is not a replacement for 911 and citizens are encouraged to call 911 for crimes in progress or other emergency situations. The following types of incidents may be reported online:

  • Burglary of Motor Vehicle
  • Criminal Mischief
  • Theft
  • Credit Card Abuse
  • Annoying or Harassing Phone Calls
  • Hit and Run Accident with No Injuries
  • Lost Property
  • Request for Traffic Enforcement
