TRASH RATE REDUCTION, CHANGES IN BULK COLLECTION TAKE EFFECT MAR. 1

Effective March 1, 2020, changes will be implemented to bulk item and brush collection in Cedar Hill.

Based on community feedback, the following changes will be made to bulk item and brush collection services to improve the experience for Cedar Hill neighborhoods.

  • Bulk items and green waste will be collected together, in one pile, once per month.
  • This collection will be limited to 10 cubic yards.
  • There is no provision in the contract for a second call-in bulk pickup. Residents with more than 10 cubic yards of bulk waste have access to the Waste Management landfill for disposal.

Residents can find more information about their trash and recycling services here.
