2. Earth Fest Vendor Interest Form
   Dear Community Partner, We are excited to inform you about a great opportunity to promote your business and support the City of Cedar Hill going green initiative. On Monday, April 23, 2018 the City of Cedar Hill hosts the EarthFest and Arbor Day Celebration. This event will be held at the Government Center; it will begin at 5:00pm and conclude at 7:30pm. Cedar Hill has made a conscious decision to preserve natural and open spaces in parallel with growth and economic development. One of the Cedar Hill Vision Statements established by the City Council reads: "We envision Cedar Hill as a premier city that retains its distinctive character; where families and businesses flourish in a safe and clean environment".
4. "Growing Green" is an active part of the city's efforts to preserve our environment. The City of Cedar Hill has demonstrated a commitment to being environmentally, fiscally and socially responsible with how we provide city services. Forward thinking policies and programs have been developed within this plan to further the city's goals to manage rapid growth and the economic benefits it brings in a manner that does not compromise the city's small town charm, natural spaces and environmental amenities that residents enjoy. We thank you in advance for your support and generosity. The business community is invited to show support and participate in the event as a vendor. This is a way to maximize your company’s visibility and image, while showing your commitment to the community, in addition to providing needed financial support to this event. By becoming an Earth Day vendor you become an important part of Cedar Hill’s effort to do more for the environment.

8. Give Green a Chance Booth Space (FREE OF CHARGE)*

   All boxes must be checked to be approved

   1. Vendor agrees to promote a "green initiative"
   2. Vendor agrees to a 10 x 10 booth space
   3. Vendor agrees to provide their own supplies (tents, tables, chairs, electricity, etc.)
   4. Vendor agrees to setup between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM on April 23, 2018
   5. Vendor agrees to bring their own power banks or solar panels if electricity is needed. Electricity will not be available to vendors.
   6. Vendor agrees to not bring prohibited items (pets, illegal substances or weapons on my person or in my booth)
   7. Vendor agrees to follow all rules and regulations set forth by event staff and understand that failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion
   8. Vendor authorizes Event Management to share my contact information to anyone inquiring about my services before, during and after the event.
