Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (C.R.A.S.E.) is a multi-hour block of classroom instruction provided by our Police and Community Team (P.A.C.T.) to equip participants with the practical knowledge and skills to help survive an active shooter event. Over the last two years, this training has been offered to community groups, city employees, churches, and local businesses reaching over 500 participants.
Course participants are given an overview of active shooter events that have occurred across the country and in depth response options.
The C.R.A.S.E. class is offered on an as needed basis and by specific request. If you're interested in hosting a class for your church, organization or business, please contact Officer Roy Rodriguez at 972-291-5181 ext. 2178 or by email at roy.rodriguez@cedarhilltx.com; or contact Officer Ann McSwain at (972) 291-5181, ext. 2511 or by email at ann.mcswain@cedarhilltx.com
