The Personnel and Training Section is responsible for the hiring and training of all sworn and civilian employees within the Police Department. This division is managed by a Lieutenant who reports to an Assistant Chief of Police. The primary function of this section is to coordinate the recruitment, selection, and training of all departmental employees.
